Visual Inspections
A Certified BioFore Inspector will begin with a visual observation of the affected areas. They will take note of the equipment and materials used for remediation, and look for any remaining signs of moisture, mold growth, or odor.
Moisture Measurement
With the help of infrared cameras and moisture meters, we will detect if moisture is hidden behind walls, crawl spaces and other hidden areas throughout the property.
Airborne Samples
After the visual observation and moisture testing, we will take air samples of different areas on the property to verify acceptable or concerning mold spore levels.
Your Inspection Report
Upon completion, your inspection report will provided to you. The inspection report will detail the results of the air and moisture testing, identify areas of concern, and finally provide either clearance or recommendation for further remediation.
